All submitted photos must be accompanied with a photo release form to allow their use. If you took the photos, they are yours and you can sign the release form; if you had a friend or professional photographer take the photos the photos are their proprietary property and they must sign the release form. All submitted photos must be taken with a quality digital camera with a physical size of at least 2000 pixels wide. include several photos of the car itself (with an uncluttered background), dash/interior photos (make sure to vacuum carpet and straighten seat belts if applicable), and engine photos. The engine and/or interior photos may be used for composite overlays like in the examples and must be of same quality as those of the car.
Looking for at least one good image for every year from 1964 through 1972. Please see the example photos from the 2018 calendar for examples.
The photo release form is available in two file formats, MS Word and .PDF format. Select a format and save the file to your computer. You will need to print either format in order to sign it. You can then scan the signed form back into a .PDF formatted file or submit it (signed) as a photo image. If you elect to photograph the release form, ensure it is legible and the entire form is visible.
Prefer any hi-res images be sent via an online file transfer program such as http://wetransfer.com as email attachments are often compressed and can lose clarity.
The completed photo release form can be sent to me at ...
